A show that I’ve been working on for the past month, Mark LaPierre’s “Zombie Strippers--The Musical”, a short metal romp with dead, ghetto-fabulous strippers and their hilarious undead counterparts (my own tagline, not the official one!), opened last night to a full house within Robert Bartley’s (Broadway Backwards) “Sexual Encounters of a Disturbed Mind” at the 6th Annual International Cringe Festival, as produced by nyartists.
Musical theatre author/composer Mark LaPierre has been working with us for a few days prior to opening and we’re exciting to premiere his zombie-tastic musical.
